SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
- Prior to the start of the season, a fixed subscription is purchased for the entire season.
- After the start of the season, a fixed season ticket is purchased until the end of the season.
- A full-season subscription is confirmed upon payment prior to the start of the season.
- Payment for a fixed season ticket is made at the Club or by bank transfer (please contact reception for more information on paying by bank transfer).
- Missed lessons can only be played until the end of the current season, exceptions will be made in the event of injury or injury, with the provision of a medical document.
- Due to year-round group practices (for children and adults) and children’s tennis camps, some classes will be unavailable, please contact the front desk for more information on scheduling.
- When purchasing a flat rate court and coach subscription, the discounted coaching fee is only valid if prepaid for the entire subscription period or a minimum of 10 hours, and a pay-per-visit option (for a coach) is available but at the regular price.
- If a coach is missed without notice or with same-day notice, 100% of the coach fee will be charged

You can purchase a package of hours for:
- COURT (specify the court and time range)
- COURT AND COACH (specify court and time range)

Terms and prices:
- The minimum number is 10 hours
- Prices are identical to the per-hour prices when purchasing a fixed subscription
- Hours can only be used within the current season
- If there is interest from a customer to purchase a fixed subscription, it will take precedence over package hours.
When you purchase a package of hours you get:
- Free use of a towel for every workout
- 3 hours of free parking
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I cancel a booked appointment and use it another time?
- Booked appointments can be cancelled and rescheduled, only with notification from the previous day, by email to reception@maleeva.com.
If I have a missed class, how long can I play it?
- Missed classes that are correctly canceled can only be played until the end of the current season.
Who has priority when booking a fixed season ticket?
- Coached subscriptions from the 2023 Summer Season have priority until 08/30/23.
- Court-only subscriptions from Summer Season 2023 have priority from 31.08.23 to 09.09.23.
- After 09.09.23. the enrollment is open for all new customers
